Squad Sync: Co-op Without the Chaos
Co-op does not require everyone to play the same way. It does help to agree on the objective and how much direction people want.
Share the job
Decide who leads the next attempt, who handles support and who watches the objective. Rotate roles so one person does not carry every decision. In an unfamiliar game, ask before giving a long explanation.
Make callouts useful
Keep urgent information brief: where, what and what help you need. Save the full review for a quiet moment. If voice chat is not comfortable, use the game’s pings or another agreed communication method.
Reset after a rough round
Choose one adjustment for the next attempt. Celebrate something that worked. If frustration takes over, change the activity or call a break.
